Turkmenistan Represented at the United Nations Economic and Social Council
The Turkmen delegation, composed of representatives from the country's Ministry of Education, is participating in the latest session of the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC 2025), which has commenced in New York. The participants are primarily focused on promoting sustainable, inclusive, and evidence-based solutions for the Sustainable Development Agenda up to the year 2030.
During this annually held session, global progress in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals will be examined in detail, alongside the specific plans and tasks confronting members of the international community in this field.

In addition, the distinguished Turkmen delegation will take part in the activities of the ECOSOC 2025 Youth Forum, one of the modular events of which is the second meeting of the Youth Dialogue of the Central Asian countries. This initiative, established at the behest of Turkmenistan, is set to bring together youth leaders from Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan.
