The Second Central Asian Youth Forum “Dialogue – Guarantee of Peace” is a powerful platform where young people from the region come together to share ideas, foster mutual understanding, and build a peaceful future. 
Our generation has an essential role to play in promoting peace, justice, and strong institutions – the very heart of Sustainable Development Goal 16. This forum gives us the space to voice our concerns, propose ideas, and collaborate across borders in a spirit of respect and unity.

In our time, dialogue is more than just communication; it is a bridge between cultures, a tool for preventing conflict, and a guarantee of sustainable development. I am particularly inspired by how this forum not only celebrates our diversity but also empowers us to turn our shared vision into action. It reinforces the importance of youth diplomacy and regional cooperation.

The upcoming LLDC3 Conference in Awaza represents a new chapter in youth cooperation, especially for landlocked developing countries. I am confident that the ideas and experiences shared at this forum will shape the discussions ahead, and Turkmen youth will proudly contribute to shaping global strategies for inclusive development.
